Estate Valuers Ireland aims to provide a complete valuation service to suit all needs, these include our full Executor Probate Service, Family Division and Insurance Valuations, we also offer a full suite of complimentary services including sale, assisted sales, house clearance and management. Our aim is to turn what can often be a difficult and time consuming tasks into a streamlined one stop solution for valuations and sales.

The two principals of Estate Valuers Ireland are Carol Bellamy SCSI and Derek Byrne MIPAV. They both come from different sides of the valuation spectrum with Carol specialising in all aspects of Furniture, Fine Art and Antiques while Derek’s skillset is in all aspects of Property including Valuation and Sale.

Carol began her journey at the London College of Furniture and has over 20 years’ experience in varying roles ranging from a high net worth appraiser for a major insurance firm to Fine Art buyer and Valuer in her own firm Carol Bellamy Collections. As well as being one of the Country’s leading Fine Art and Furniture Valuers,  Carol has spent her career working and dealing with Auction Houses here and abroad,  providing invaluable experience and insight into the sale of your contents.

Derek has an estate agency background and is a member of IPAV, he has built a strong reputation within the Property industry in the last 10 years in Wicklow and South Dublin. He is a fully licenced estate agent with his own firm Derek Byrne Property Consultants and is also the sole selling agent for a large Dublin housebuilder, Derek is also a registered Property expert in the media and has featured on Newstalk panels. He has had several articles published in the written press.
